US Ground Shipping Rates
Currently, we are offering free shipping within the USA on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 will ship with a $10 flat rate fee. This includes Hawaii, Alaska and PR.

We generally ship in stock orders from our warehouse within two business days using USPS. Orders placed after 1pm EST will process the next business day. Currently, we do not offer Expedited Shipping.
Canadian & International Customers
Please contact customer service by email email@example.com or call us at 845-353-4566 Ext. 0. We will be happy to take your order manually. Shipping costs, any customs fees and/or duty will be charged to customer. We do not offer free shipping to Canada.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please use this reference to track your order. If you have any questions, please email or call Customer Service. Make note we ship SO LIGHTNING FAST, that often times the tracking may take 24 hours to populate, but rest assured our rocking warehouse has shipped your order if you have received tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to offer a refund or exchange on the unused and unopened items(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Returns are applicable for purchases made online at www.soapandpaperfactory.com ONLY. If you have purchased through a third-party marketplace, please reach out to them directly for resolution.
To place a return or begin and exchange, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Items(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Image of product
Soap & Paper Factory will respond with information about your return, including the address for the return of the merchandise. To prevent damages in transit, please ship the item(s) back in the original packaging including the Original Packing Slip. Once the return(s) have been received by Soap & Paper Factory, a refund in the original form of payment will be issued.
All return shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
