- Overnight or UPS Ground shipping is also available upon request
- Select heavy or oversized orders may ship UPS Ground.
We generally ship in stock orders from our factory within two business days. USPS Priority Mail can take up to three additional days to be delivered, depending on location. UPS Ground may take up to five business days.
UPS Overnight shipping is available Monday-Thursday. Orders must be received by 1PM EST. An additional $28 will be added for this shipping option.
Additional State Shipping Charges
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virigin Islands add $15. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

Returns and Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policy
We just know you are going to love everything you receive from the Soap and Paper Factory. However, for a full refund, please return items in original condition and packaging within 30 days from date of receipt. We cannot accept opened products. We will process a credit on the same account to which your purchase was originally made.
We will absolutely replace any product damaged during shipment. Just contact us and we’ll get you a replacement immediately.

We can make it easier for you to return by providing a USPS return service label if you contact us by email at email@example.com or calling us at 845-353-4566. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. These fees will be deducted from your return. $7.95 for one item returned/exchanged. $9.95 for two or more returned/exchanged.
